Box-Fit.

Our Box-Fit class is led by our seasoned pro - Seb!

The class is designed to teach you the key fundamentals to boxing whilst improving your overall health and fitness. Delivered in a group setting Seb takes his experience of years of training in Brazilian Ju-jitsu, Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing and gym floor experience to create the diverse and interactive class experience!

No matter where your current level of fitness or knowledge of boxing, this class is suitable for all skill levels.

Spinning.

Prepare for a 45 minute ride of high energy, calorie blitzing fun. both Rachel's and Julie’s classes include a varied, motivational and high energy playlist. Guaranteed to have to feeling energised and ready to take on the weekend.

Circuits.

A circuit based workout incorporating endurance, resistance and high intensity exercises. Incorporating a range of functional equipment to keep each session varied and challenging! Suitable for all abilities.

Pilates.

PILATES emphasises the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and body awareness in order to support efficient graceful movement. It works so well on so many levels for so many people.

Strength & Conditioning.

Our S&C classes are suitable for all abilities with each class designed around multiple components of both strength and cardiovascular development incorporating strength, plyometrics, speed and endurance based training all inside a 1 hour Personal Trainer led session.

Glutes and Abs.

Glutes and Abs class is a class dedicated to strengthening your legs, bum and abdominal muscles. Think of a re-invented version of legs, bums and tums! Resistance ‘booty’ bands will be provided or you can bring your own.
