Downstairs we have a double pedicure bar and a double manicure bar. Upstairs hosts a double treatment room where you can experience a treatment with a friend and two single treatment rooms along with a relaxation area to recharge after your treatment is finished.
If you have any questions or particular requirements just ask and we’ll do are very best to accomodate.
From massage to waxing, brow treatments to body scrubs, we have a pampering treatment for everyone using professional, luxurious, cruelty-free products.

I have been studying beauty or providing beauty/complementary therapy treatments since I finished school 8 years ago and adore it still to this day. I did both level 1&2 beauty therapy and then went on to do an extensive level 3 in complimentary therapy. I have also added to my portfolio over the years doing other courses to further improve my knowledge and skills in other treatments. My favourite things to do are lash lifts and brow laminations.
When I'm not working you can find me running around after my energetic toddler or drinking matcha tea or hot chocolate in our cafe located downstairs.

I have been working at Thrive since completing my Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification at college, where I successfully achieved both my Level 2 and Level 3 certifications.
I am passionate about providing treatments that help clients relax, unwind, and feel confident about themselves. Creating a positive and welcoming experience for every client is something I truly enjoy.
I am also committed to continuing my professional development and look forward to expanding my skills and the range of treatments I am able to offer in the future. -

I’m trained in nails and facials, and I especially love providing relaxing facials that help clients unwind and leave with glowing skin.
You can also find me at Kind Coffee in Selsey, making delicious coffee and serving the local community. Whether it’s a facial treatment or a perfectly made coffee.
