A double treatment room and two singles upstairs, a double manicure and pedicure bar downstairs, and a relaxation area to come round in.
Where to start
Three treatments worth booking first. All three are the same price, so the only decision is what you fancy. Everything else is on the full menu.

What happens when you come in
- You arrive and you sit down. A drink, somewhere quiet, and a few minutes to stop before anything starts.
- We ask before we begin. Pressure, scent, temperature, and whether you would rather talk or not.
- The treatment. The full time you booked, with your phone left in the other room.
- You come back slowly. No jolt. A moment in the relaxation area, water, and what to do at home written down for you.
Your therapists
Four of us. You can request the same person every time, and most people do.
Alex
Eight years in beauty and complementary therapy, with a Level 3 in complementary therapy on top of her beauty qualifications. Lash lifts and brow laminations are her favourite thing to do.
Georgia
Level 3 qualified and at Thrive since she finished college. Happiest doing the treatments that let people properly switch off, and always adding to what she can offer.
Niamh
Trained in nails and facials, and especially good at the relaxing facials that send people out with glowing skin. You will also find her downstairs making the coffee.
Andreja
Early in her beauty career and all the better for it. Nails are her thing, and she is the most eager of any of us to learn a new treatment.

Before you book
Do I need a patch test?
Yes for lash and brow tinting, and for laser hair removal. It takes five minutes and has to be done at least 48 hours before your appointment, so book it in the same phone call. Laser also needs a free consultation first.
Can I come with a friend?
Yes. There is a double treatment room upstairs and a double manicure and pedicure bar downstairs, so two of you can be treated side by side.
Is there parking?
Yes. Ellis Square car park is directly outside.
What if I have never had a treatment before?
Say so when you book and we will talk you through it before you arrive. Nobody is expected to know what they want off a menu. If you are unsure, the facial is the easiest place to start.
Can I book a treatment for someone else?
Yes. Ring us on 01243 606720 and we will sort it out with you.
